170 ... I seem to already be in a bit of a plateau, but I feel good and am satisfied with the way my clothes are fitting, so I'm not stripping a gear over this. Will see where things go over the next few weeks.
Almost Thanksgiving ... got an action plan in place? My sister, niece, boyfriend and I are doing the same thing as last year - movie day. Yay! It seems we're all going ninety-to-nothing all the time; it will be great to have one whole down day to just chill, chat, laugh, watch movies, snooze, snuggle with the puppies.
Word for 2012 ... first, my word for 2011 was "simplify", and I think I've done a good job using that word to guide me this year. I have managed to streamline things around my burrow, use up stuff I already had, get rid of waste, etc. My word for 2010 was "adventure" and I still used that word to guide me in 2011 as well. For 2012 I'm choosing the word "natural" - will try to eat more natural foods, compost waste and use it in my garden, maybe try my hand at canning some foods, continue to use my clothesline more than my electric clothes dryer, handwash the few dishes I use, and so on.
What's your word for 2011 and what word will you choose for 2012?
