14 Week Post Surgery weigh-in

172 lbs! - 46 lbs down. Eating continues to become a little easier. Last night I had a Lean Cuisine meal and took it real slow - did okay with it. I made a quiche last night which will be my lunches and dinner for the rest of the week. Greek yogurt is my typical breakfast. Usually nuts or a piece of cheese for a snack. And as a little indulgence in the evenings, a sugar-free/fat-free popsicle or two.
